The Canadian Chamber of Commerce - Ghana (CCCG) was established in 2008 to promote the development of business and business practice between Ghana and Canada.   It is built upon the history and membership of the Canadian Business Association in Ghana which was founded in 1997.  The CCCG enables it's members to network at very high level, to learn and share knowlegde of their experiences, and this has proven to improve business in Ghanaian and Canadian markets.

 

 

The CCCG's objectives are to...

  • Promote possibilities of trade and investment between Canada and Ghana;
  • Provide busines forums for the exchange of information between our members;
  • Assist members with government policies, legislation and initiatives that affect trade and investment;
  •  Encourage and plan trade missions between Ghana and Canada;
  •  Organize events such as information sessions, formal discussions, formal luncheons and dinners, monthly meetings, and guest speakers to promote business activities. 

 

 


 

Monthly meetings:

 

The CCCG's meets on the last Thursday of every month at 5:30PM at the Canadian High Commission in Accra.   Membership is required.  Guests are also welcome providing that arrangements are made in advance.  (Please contact the CCCG by phone or by email.)


Membership:

 

Membership is renewed on an annual basis, and payment can be made at the CCCG's monthly meeting.  Or other arrangements can be made by contacting the CCCG.

 

The applicable membership fees are...

  • $150 (USD) for founding members of the CCCG
  • $100 (USD) for private individuals
  • $200 for corporate bodies
